City Fit Girls Run Club October Schedule - Philly


Great job last month ladies! Fall race season is approaching! Whether you’re new to running, running your first 5k or looking to improve your time on your next half-marathon or full-marathon, we have group runs for you! If you are new to running, please read our Running 101 blog here.

City Fit Girls Group Runs meet on Wednesdays and Saturdays at Dilworth Park in Philadelphia, PA. Please view our October 2015 schedule below.

Wednesday Group Run Schedule: Meet at Dilworth Park at 6:30PM

October 7: Benjamin Franklin Bridge Run (3-5 miles)

October 14: Easy 3-4 mile run // Choose distance based on training program.

October 21: 3-4 mile speed workout/run

October 28: Easy 3-mile shake out run // Post-run food & drinks in preparation for Rock & Roll Half-Marathon

Saturday Group Run Schedule (Meet at 8:30AM unless noted OTHERWISE) - Choose your own distance. Distances range from 6 miles to 20+ miles.

October 3:  6+ mile run (We won't run if there's a hurricane) 

October 10: 6+ mile run

October 17: 6+ mile run

October 24: Location TBD 8AM for All-City 10, 14 and 20-miler. Learn more here. 

October 31: 6+ mile run OR Rock & Roll Half Marathon. Save $$ on registration using the code CITYFITGIRLS
