Here's your challenge for the week. Are you in?

This past January, I made a commitment to go to yoga twice a week. I was so committed that I purchased a 21-day yoga package to a local studio. I took my first class after a long day of work and LOVED it. I was convinced that in three weeks I'd be an experienced yogi. Sadly, that was my first and last class at that yoga studio. Despite my excitement and intention, it was another check on my list of things I started but did not finish.
Has that ever happened to you? You started something with every intention to complete it but just couldn't follow through? Whether it's starting a new book and never completing it or starting a blog but never publishing it - time, family, work, life can get in the way of our goals.
That's where this post comes in.
This week, April 17-April 23, I challenge you (and myself of course) to start working on an achievable goal and actually complete it by Sunday. It could be anything - finishing that book you put down, working out 3 days this week instead of 2, getting your inbox to zero, going out for a run, you name it.
Did you know that if you write down your goal, you're more likely to complete it? All you have to do is comment on this post and let us know what you plan to complete this week. Here are a few examples you can use:
- This week, I will clean my kitchen cabinet.
- This week, I will cross-train at least once
- On Friday, I will call my grandparents
- I will finish a novel by Saturday afternoon
- I will read on my commute instead of scrolling on my phone everyday this week
