Ever go to a gym but feel unsure of what to do once you get there? Are you tired of having to wait in line for weights after the "I like to pick things up and put them down" bros finish their reps? Trying to get in a 30 to 45-minute sweat sesh shouldn't be so daunting. It should be fun!

And that's where fitness boutiques, or personalized fitness studios, come in. They are small and personable with some seriously creative programming. While the costs for these unique experiences can get pricey, let's just rejoice at the fact that there are new ways to workout and have fun while doing it. Keep reading to find some of our favorites!

S10 Training - The S10 system wants you to achieve optimal body fat index — sub-10% for men, sub-15% for women. They help you to accomplish this via weight training and nutrition support. This small gym is a popular one. We've even seen a few celebrities frequent the place. The luxury gym is perfect for anyone who prefers personal space and attention.

[solidcore] - Solidcore is 50 minutes of high-intensity, low impact controlled resistance movements. Don't let the slow routines fool you. Your muscles will shake and it will be one of the hardest workouts you'll ever experience. Abs are made in the kitchen and at solidcore.

Freehouse Fitness - A relatively new studio in Philly, Freehouse Fitness offers a mix of resistance band, rebounder and reformer classes. The "free" in its name is not related to price but that they pride themselves on being free from methods and rules.
