Add These Moves To Your Workout Routine!

Chest Press On Medicine/Exercise Ball
Lie face up on an exercise ball for this arm strengthener that also works your core and chest.
Woodchop with Medicine Ball
Add this move to your routine to strengthen your core. This is another great workout for quads and abs.
Push-Ups with Resistance Bands
We have to admit, this one is going to be tough but it's so worth it. Add a little resistance to your push-up and watch your arms tone with ease.
