Here's the deal. We spend entirely too much time and energy focusing on what impacts us negatively instead of what impacts us positively. The bad news is that we beat ourselves up and in doing so, we create unhealthy habits. The good news? We can minimize this by creating daily mantras. Mantras are a great way to shift our thoughts to think more positively and to remind ourselves that we are total badasses.
