If meal planning is not your forte', it may be worth experimenting with meal-prep delivery services. Instead doing your own grocery shopping and stressing over portion sizes in your kitchen, these companies deliver recipes and meal ingredients right to your door step.
Blue Apron is a fresh ingredient and recipe delivery service that helps chefs of all levels cook incredible meals at home.
Meal Delivery Options: A 2-person plan that is delivered once a week and includes 3 meals portioned for 2 people (totaling 6 servings) and a Family Plan that feeds a family of four two or four times per week (total 8 or 16 servings).
Pricing: 2-Person Plan is $59.95/week ($9.99/serving) and The Family Plan starts at $69.95/week ($8.75/serving).
