I stopped running for 5 weeks, here's what happened...

f you know me, you know that I have a love-hate relationship with running. I love the feeling of finishing a run, participating in races with other City Fit Girls, running with the group on Wednesdays and leading track workouts on Tuesdays. I'd be lying if I told you that I enjoy waking up early on Saturday mornings to finish long runs, making time to cross-train during the week and stretching/recovering after every run.
