We created City Fit Girls Strength Club for the busy woman who doesn’t have lots of time (or money) to spend on fitness but still wants to prioritize her self-care. 💁🏽 After years of hosting bootcamps and group runs, working with personal trainers and group fitness instructors, we created a program of our own that we thought would resonate with the City Fit Girls community.

Designed by City Fit Girls’ co-founder Takia McClendon, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and USATF Coach, our workouts combine elements of strength, cardio, and HIIT that will leave you feeling both sweaty and strong as hell. Here’s what you need to know:
Workouts are uploaded weekly so that you have time to prep and plan in advance.
You can complete the workouts at home or in the gym!
No matter where you are, you can access all of our workouts via our delivery app, TrainHeroic.
