What is Lithe Method?
Lithe is an innovative, fun, and effective fitness regimen inspired by the movement and spirit of cheerleading. Named "Best Fitness Studio", "Best Core Toning Workout" by SELF, and "Best Workout For Dance Lovers" by Glamour. Cardio-Cheer-Sculpting combines the dynamic cardio of cheer choreography with the grounded sculpting of cheer-based conditioning.
