FitRetreat is a fun-filled day of your favorite fitness classes and workshops topped off with massages, mental wellness workshops, and more. This event is all about setting -- and crushing -- your fitness, wellness, and professional goals. Below you'll find all the information you need to conquer FitRetreat Weekend. As a reminder, tickets for FitRetreat 2019 are SOLD OUT! Tickets for FitRetreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Pre-Registration Party: This year, we're kicking off FitRetreat at Kismet Radio in Spring Arts! Connect with other attendees, pick-up your FitRetreat tank, and enjoy an evening of games, good vibes, and good energy with other City Fit Girls. 

Location: Kismet Radio is located at 448 N 10th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123. Enter on Hamilton Street.

Remember, the pre-registration party is a great way to check in for Saturday's event. By attending the pre-registration party, you can skip the line on Saturday morning and head straight to the coffee and light breakfast. Can't make Friday night? No worries. You can check in on Saturday morning.

The Lions FITNESS Party with Gwi & Wayne

Come join "The Lions" Gwi and Wayne for the opening bootcamp of FitRetreat 2019!

The bootcamp will be a high-intensity, booty-building, plyo-packed, cardio interval training circuit style workout, with the Lions signature dance breaks to keep you sweating, moving and most importantly having fun!

All Levels Power Flow Yoga with Jung

Get ready to sweat in this all-levels Vinyasa Power Flow - building heat from the inside out, for a grounding and powerful flow. The class will be relatively fast-paced, linking one breath per movement for the majority of practice. We will be building strength, embracing the physical challenges of asana, and striving for the ease amidst the hustle. Of course, there will always be an option for upside down time for you inversion junkies out there ;)

The team at WE/FIT has curated a full-body interval training circuit that mixes their favorite WE/FIT moves with their all-time favorite songs. The result is a challenging, empowering, high-energy bootcamp that builds strength from head to toe and get your heart pumping.

Sculpt Jawn with lumos barre & yoga

'Sculpt Jawn' is Lumos's take on 'Yoga Sculpt' - a practice rooted in mindfulness, amplified with resistance, strength, and cardio. Get out of your head and into your body in the 45-minute session where you'll connect to your breath in a dynamic vinyasa flow, build strength through body weight resistance, and build a fire and uncover your endurance with a cardio dance party before cooling it back down with gentle Asana and an oh-so-sweet Savasana.

You deserve it. After working hard all morning, it's time to retreat. First, grab some brunch - there will be options for everyone. Then meet our hydration sponsors, Philadelphia Runner, for a mocktail or mimosa before chilling out in the TONIC Sponsored Recovery Lounge. This will be the perfect time to grab a massage, connect with our instructors/vendors, make new friends, update your social media and dance to your favorite songs before we head into the final portion of the day.

Ready to take your fitness journey to the next level? We curated a panel of health and fitness professionals to discuss nutrition, body image, creating better habits, and more. Get ready to discover new strategies to reach your goals.

Moderator Kiera Smalls (@kierasmalls) is the co-founder of City Fit Girls and Executive Director of Philly Startup Leaders. In 2019, Philadelphia Magazine named her the “New Look of Power,” a title she wears boldly and does not take lightly. She is also a marathoner, triathlete, and wannabe chef who reminds us all that the key ingredient to being a true steward of success is paying it forward.

Christopher J. Kusmiesz is an exercise physiologist with the Penn Sports Cardiology and Fitness Program. Chris works to improve the performance of patients by assessing their current level of fitness, developing an individualized exercise prescription and also provides feedback and recommendations throughout their exercise program.

Diva Richards (@divarichardsfit) is the founder and President of Hard Work No Excuses, a fitness facility located in Marlton, NJ. With over 11 years of experience, Richards is highly regarded in an array of fitness disciplines with certifications in CrossFit, NASM Personal Training, Spin and TRX/Kettlebell Training.

Ritanne Duszak (@prismendurance) brings the combination of evidence-based practice to her coaching in both endurance sports and nutrition. Ritanne is a Registered Dietitian and a certified Level 1 Coach by both USA Track and Field (USATF) and USA Triathlon (USAT).

Fabiana Ferrarini (@fabiana_ferrarini) is an International Fitness Model and ACE-Certified Health Coach inspiring and motivating women around the world. In 2016, Fabiana was featured on the cover of Oxygen Magazine (reaching over 2.7 million people worldwide) as the first Latina in history to grace the cover.

In the age of social media, it seems like everyone you follow has their life together. However, behind the likes and filters are real people with real issues, just like you and I. In ‘Living Your Best Life”, we’ll discuss those issues - spending habits, imposter syndrome, making friends as adults, letting go of negative thoughts and more to help you feel more confident as you navigate your life.

Moderator Amber Burns (@byamberburns) is a writer, content creator and vlogger who produces content for women looking to live balanced, organized and fulfilled lives. Amber recently launched By Amber Burns, an online resource that speaks to the woman trying to balance a coffee in one hand, and her business plan in the other.

Andrea Smith, AWMA® CFP® (@Janney1832) is passionate about helping clients find clarity in their financial lives, as well as giving them the confidence and control to know they are on the right path. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Andrea guides clients in all aspects of financial planning including, retirement planning, investment management, risk management, estate planning, and charitable giving.

Briana Morgan (@brianalmorgan) is a web developer, health planner, strategist, and speaker. You may find her digging into a Django web app, growing a business, speaking on imposter syndrome, writing a blog post about a library, leading a workshop on LinkedIn, or hosting a large event. Or maybe just hanging out with a goat.

Danielle Mercurio (@daniellemercurio) is a confidence coach, speaker, meditation teacher, and astrologist. She empowers individuals to be successful, intentional, and live life on purpose. Danielle received her life coach and energy leadership training at the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She spent 2 years as a referral coach for Gabrielle Bernstein and is certified in levels 1 & 2 of her Spirit Junkie Masterclass.

Holta Tegu (@ismilesometimesss) is an Assistant Principal of Instruction with over a decade of experience in education. She is also a dance instructor, empowering women (especially single moms) with her $7 thigh-and-glute-heavy class that was recently named ‘Best of Philly’ by Philadelphia Magazine.
