Running a half-marathon doesn’t have to be hard. Okay, we’ll admit it, it will be hard. But if you could train for your next half-marathon with a no-frills program that will help you shave a few minutes off your time, would you be up for the challenge?

We created the City Fit Girls Personal Best Half-Marathon Training Program for runners who have run their last half-marathon in 2 hours or more (2:08, 2:20, 2:45, 3:15...get the idea?) and would like to take a few minutes off their time. (If you're training for your first half-marathon, we don't recommend following the workouts and training load in this plan.)
