What To Expect From Us
Every Sunday, you’ll receive your schedule for the following week on our workout delivery app, TrainHeroic.
Remember, City Fit Girls Strength Club Workouts are to be completed on your own time and at your own pace. If you miss a workout, no sweat - You can complete a scheduled workout on any day of the week. We just recommend that you give yourself one day of rest in between strength workouts.
Here’s what a week of programming will look like:
Every Monday, you have access to a running based interval workout that can be completed on the treadmill, track or road. Lace up your running shoes and get ready to improve endurance, power and speed. [30-60 minute sessions]
TUESDAY & THURSDAY
Total Body Strength & Conditioning
Tuesdays and Thursdays are the heartbeat of City Fit Girls Strength Club. You’ll begin with Movement Prep & Mobility, follow it up with Strength/Resistance Training and end your workout with a Conditioning Finisher. Grab your dumbbells, crank up your favorite workout playlist and get started. [25-45 minute sessions]
Total Body Strength / Endurance / HIIT
These workouts combine elements of strength, endurance and HIIT for a total body session that will leave you feeling sweaty. If you’re up for a challenge, these sessions are for you. [25-45 minute sessions]

Who is City Fit Girls Strength Club for? We designed the workouts with recreational runners in mind but fitness enthusiasts, weekend warriors, yogis, cyclists, hikers and anyone else interested in building strength, increasing mobility, and building a stronger core can benefit from joining City Fit Girls Strength Club.
How Much Does It Cost To Join? $10/month (charged monthly via Stripe/Squarespace). Yes, you read that correctly. We are committed to making this program accessible to as many people as possible and we don’t want price to be a barrier to entry.
What Do I Get When I Join? Members will receive 3 strength workouts and 1 interval workout delivered via our app partner, TrainHeroic. You will also gain access to our Private Facebook Community where you can connect with other members, discuss the workouts, and chat about your goals, accomplishments, questions and concerns. To make the most of this training community, we highly recommend you take advantage of the private Facebook group.
Is this just another fitness app? Nope. This is a strength training program (delivered and tracked through an app) designed to help you get stronger. There are no bells and whistles, just good workouts and an awesome community.
How Do I Access the City Fit Girls Strength Club workouts on Train Heroic? Once you register, you will receive a link and private access code to register for the our Team on TrainHeroic.
Do I need a gym membership to join? No. This community is about empowering you to workout on your own terms. As long as you have internet access, a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat, and resistance bands, you can complete the workouts at home.
However, some workouts offer progressions that utilize medicine balls, kettlebells, barbells, hexbars, etc., but they are not required to participate in the program. You can join a gym if you’d like but it is not required.
